Updated Sep 17, 2026 5 views How to's

Overview

Depending on the nature of the service, Yoho Cloud may require identity (KYC) verification before a service can be activated or fully provisioned.

KYC verification may be required for services such as VPS hosting, where allocated resources and IP addresses may have additional security and abuse-prevention requirements.

If KYC verification is required for your service, you can complete the verification yourself through the Yoho Cloud Client Area.

If you need assistance, you can also contact Yoho Cloud Support for guidance through the verification process.

What You Need Before Starting

Before starting the verification process, make sure you have:

  • Access to your Yoho Cloud Client Area
  • A valid Nepali mobile number added to your profile
  • A valid government-issued identification document, such as a PAN card or another accepted government document
  • Accurate information that matches your identity details

Important: Identity documents should only be submitted through the official verification form in the Yoho Cloud Client Area. Do not send identity documents through regular chat or email unless specifically instructed by Yoho Cloud Support.

Step 1: Log in to the Yoho Cloud Client Area

Log in to your Yoho Cloud Client Area.

From the dashboard, go to:

Profile → Account Settings

Under Identity verification, you can view your current verification status.

If verification is required or pending, click:

Step 3: Verify Your Phone Number

The first step of the verification process is phone verification.

Yoho Cloud will send a six-digit verification code to the Nepali mobile number associated with your profile.

Before requesting the code, make sure the mobile number in your profile is correct.

Click:

Send verification code

Enter the verification code when prompted to complete the phone verification step.

If you cannot receive the verification code

Check that the correct mobile number is listed in your profile.

If you continue to experience problems, use the Contact Support option available on the verification page.

Step 4: Submit Your Identity Document

After completing the required phone verification step, continue with the remaining verification steps displayed on the page.

You may be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document.

For example, you may provide a PAN card where it is accepted by the verification process.

Make sure that:

  • The document is valid and belongs to the account holder.
